Events: Terms And Conditions
This page describes the terms and conditions for ONE events, all payments are processed
through our ticket providers, Billetto.
When buying a ticket we collect basic information about you, in order to identify our core
demographics and identify you as a ticket holder at the day of event.
Buying a ticket means you understand that there is a risk of injury associated with
participating in a ONE class and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and
damages you incur while attending, exercising or participating in ONE.
Therefore all claims against ONE, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for
any and all injuries, claims or damages that you may incur are waived.
Please note that photos may be taken at this event by the host or other attendees. Images
taken by the host may be used to share news about this event and to publicise the next
event.
Please speak with the host if you wish for your photo to not be used.
You may be contacted via email with information about ONE events, and other related
topics, your details will not be sold, or used in anything other than products and services
relating to ONE.
You will also be able to unsubscribe to emails should you wish not to receive them.
What if you cannot make it to We Are One?
You can get a refund on Billetto up to 24 hours before the event.
Any closer to the event, and we'll rollover your ticket to a future party.
You are only able to reschedule your ticket once. Multiple date rollovers are not permitted.
