Dress as you please - comfy, dancegasmic shoes, clothes to sweat in, and something sparkly (why not!). The lights'll be low, the tunes will be pumping, and there's space to dance - a guided warm up flows into your unguided dance sesh - it's all about expressing yourself, raving, as you please! At the end of the dancing, there'll be a guided cool down & stretch to prepare us all for the chill out…
